Our list of credits is extensive when it comes to aerial film work, because we have an ideal location. To the South we have: Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef National Monument, Canyonlands National Park, Grand Canyon, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Lake Powell, Monument Valley, Moab, San Rafael Swell and Zion National Park. To the North there is: Bridger Teton National Forest, Jackson Hole Wyoming, Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone National Park. Bonneville Salt Flats are located to the West of us. To the East we have the Flaming George National Recreation Area and High Uintas Wilderness Area, and other locations near by.
We have had extensive involvement with all aspects of commercial and feature filmmaking. Some of these include filming for tobacco products, automobiles, cereals, computers, music videos, rock bands, and many television series such as: Walker Texas Ranger, Touched by an Angel, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Public Broadcasting Corporation, and British Broadcasting Corporation.
Classic was selected to transport the Olympic Torch for the 2002 Winter Olympics and exclusively film all events for International Sports Broadcasting and NBC, including opening and closing ceremonies. We have flown for NBC, CBS, FOX and MTV, Nitro Circus and many feature films including: Bats, Con-Air, Galaxy Quest, Geronimo, Hoot, Incredible Hulk, National Treasure, Star Wars, Thelma and Louise, We Were Soldiers and The Giver.
We are intimately familiar with all types of gyro stabilized film and digital recording equipment, such as Wescam, Pictorvision, Cineflex, Spacecam, Gyron and others. We also have local access to Tyler Nose and Middle Mount Systems, which may or may not be gyroscopically stabilized. Because of the diversity of our operations we have selected a handful of very skilled and experience film pilots, some of whom are SAG carded.
